SMS / Communications Terms

Overview

These SMS / Communications Terms (“SMS Terms”) apply when you provide a mobile number or otherwise consent to receive text messages or similar communications from Salon Bales LLC d/b/a Bales Health Systems (“BHS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

BHS is a healthcare management / MSO. Messaging described here is for business, operational, appointment-support, care-coordination assistance, or marketing purposes as disclosed at opt-in — not a substitute for emergency services or clinical care by licensed practices.

Consent / opt-in

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (for example, checking a consent box, completing a signup form, or texting a designated keyword), you consent to receive recurring SMS and/or MMS messages from BHS or its service providers (including platforms such as Twilio) at that number.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

We obtain prior express written consent where required for marketing texts under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related rules. Operational or transactional messages may be sent where permitted by law based on your relationship with us or a partner program.

Message types

Depending on the program you join, messages may include:

• Appointment reminders and scheduling updates.
• Care-ops or care-assistance notifications related to programs we help administer (clinical decisions remain with licensed providers).
• Account, verification, or service notices.
• Marketing or educational messages about BHS services or partner programs, only if you opted in to that category.

Opt-out

You can cancel SMS messages at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you received messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and stop further texts from that program, except as needed to confirm the opt-out or as otherwise allowed by law.

You may also use the Request a quote form to request removal from SMS lists. Opting out of SMS does not automatically opt you out of email unless you request that separately.

Supported carriers & delivery

Messages are supported by major U.S. carriers; delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by your carrier, device, or network. BHS is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share numbers with service providers who send messages on our behalf, under appropriate agreements. See our Privacy Policy for broader data practices.

Age and eligibility

You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Changes

We may update these SMS Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes to how we obtain consent will be reflected in opt-in flows going forward.
