Pricing FAQ

Do you take a share of our revenue?

No. Partners pay flat platform fees. We never take a percentage of clinical revenue and never charge per patient referred.

Do you mark up prescriptions?

No. There is no per-prescription markup. Pharmacy pricing is set by the dispensing pharmacy.

Who gets paid for clinical care?

Clinical fees are paid to the licensed practice that furnishes care. Bales Health Systems does not provide medical care and does not bill for it.

Is anything not included?

Medications, lab work, in-person visits, and insurance billing are not included in platform fees unless your quote says otherwise.

Are there long contracts?

We'll confirm term and cancellation in your quote.
